Notice for performers for Experience Asia 2025

This year’s performances are meant are to give all the performers a chance to participate and be recognized at supporters of this prestigious event. ACT thanks you for our unconditional support. PLEASE SAVE NEXT YEAR’S DATE: SEPTEMBER 26,2026

  1. Your music (if you are not using live music) must be received no later than September 21 via USB or mp3 file sent to Aurora Hansen at aurorahansen@me.com. Have your playlist on your smart phone as a backup.
     

  2. A short description of your performance is needed so that the emcees may introduce you. Please send this to Aurora Hansen by September 21. You can also write something up and give it to the emcee before your performance.
     

  3. You will need to check in 30 minutes before your scheduled performance. Check in with the stage managers who are assigned for each stage.
     

  4. There will be changing tents behind the stages. We have volunteers that will help performers as needed. Please make sure that you leave the dressing area clean for the next performers.
     

  5. If you are unable to perform or will be a late arrival, please call 850-300-1535 (Angelina Wai) ASAP so that adjustments may be done to the schedule so as not to impact the performances.
     

  6. We will have water but make sure that you are hydrated as it may be very hot on that day.
     

  7. The date of Experience Asia for 2026 is September 26, 2026. Send us your intent to participate by text or e-mail so that we are able to get you on the list.
     

  8. PARKING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2025 AT THE MEETING AT FUJI HIBACHI EXPRESS ON NORTH MONROE between the hours of 3 and 5 p.m. at our last meeting before the event. The building is the former Boston Market). You may also get your permits on Friday, September 26 at Tom Brown Park where we are doing the pre-event set up from 2 p.m.-5 p.m.
